Andalusia Bible Church’s service updates:
We asked you to pray for wisdom for our leaders locally and nationally when instituting policies to protect people from the spread of the virus. We’re endeavoring to honor the President’s wisdom and guidance to not have gatherings larger than 10 people for at least 15 days.
Beginning this Sunday, March 22 until at least Wednesday, April 1, All Sunday and Wednesday services will be cancelled. Pastor Tim will be posting a message on the Andalusia Bible Church Facebook page. So be sure to check that out.
Keep praying and take authority over fear, knowing that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7)
Remember the authority given to us as believers “to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)
Continue to declare and decree that the Coronavirus will cease worldwide, and that God will heal all who are currently affected by it. (Job 22:28)
We are making it easy to continue in the spirit of tithing and giving by making an online option via PayPal by clicking on the PayPal button on the "Contact Us" page on this website or you can mail in your tithe/giving to ABC, PO Box 1441, Andalusia, AL 36421.
Let’s continue to live our lives wisely, yet fearlessly and in faith.
God is faithful and we will see victory in this!

Andalusia Bible Church thoughts concerning the COVID-19 situation:
We are all mindful of the current health climate with COVID-19 and want you to know that we are taking advantage of the practical safety precautions available to us.
In light of all of this, we want to share with you our thoughts on practical spiritual steps you can take to protect yourself and your family, as we all walk in faith and proclaim the truth of God’s word over every situation we face.
- PRAY Psalm 91 over your family and over this nation. ”If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home.” (Psalm 91: 9-10)
- TAKE AUTHORITY OVER FEAR, knowing that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7)
- REMEMBER THE AUTHORITY GIVEN TO US AS BELIEVERS “to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” (Luke 10:19)
- PRAY FOR WISDOM FOR OUR LEADERS locally and nationally when instituting policies to protect people from the spread of the virus. (1 Timothy 2:1-2)
- DECLARE AND DECREE THAT THE CORONAVIRUS WILL CEASE WORLDWIDE, and that God will heal all who are currently affected by it. (Job 22:28)
It's also good to remember the common-sense steps that you can take to prevent spread of the Coronavirus disease, such as washing your hands often with soap and water and staying home if you experience any symptoms.
We also want to use wisdom in how we interact with one another. Church as usual has always included warm greetings, hugs, hand shakes, etc.
In the weeks ahead, during times of fellowship, we ask that you be mindful and respectful of those who might wish to be less demonstrative in their greetings.
Children...
As always, we are committed to providing a safe and sanitized space for our children and volunteers who serve in our Nursery, Pre-school, Children’s Church classes. With this in mind:
- We will be cleaning and disinfecting more frequently.
- If your child is sick, please do not check them into their class at ABC at this time. They should be fever or symptom-free for 24 hours before being checked in.
- Volunteers should also stay home if they feel sick.
- We will contact you if we see your child showing ANY signs of illness, and will request you dismiss yourself from the worship service to pick up your child.
If you are not feeling well, you can watch our service live via Facebook Live.
We look forward to seeing you in church Sunday! When you come, you can expect to be encouraged in the Lord and, we believe, better equipped to handle the onslaught of fear that is coming our way as the latest developments are reported. Let’s continue to live our lives wisely, yet fearlessly.
